Effective date: October 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how JC Financial Network LLC (“JC Financial Network,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit jcfinancialnetwork.com (the “Website”) or contact us through it. By using the Website, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you provide
We collect the information you choose to give us, including when you:
- Complete a contact, consultation, or guide request form (for example, your name, email address, phone number, age, and message)
- Subscribe to our email updates
- Upload documents through our secure file upload page
- Schedule a meeting through an embedded scheduling tool
- Call or email us directly
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, we automatically collect limited technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the website or link that referred you. If you arrive through a link that includes campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) or advertising click identifiers, we record those values so we can understand which outreach is helpful. We may use your IP address to estimate your general location (city or region), but not your precise location.
Cookies and Local Storage
The Website stores a small number of first-party identifiers in your browser’s local storage and session storage. These identify a returning browser and a single visit, remember campaign information from the link you used to reach us, and record any privacy choices you make. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the Website. Embedded content from other providers (described below) may set its own cookies under that provider’s policies. You can clear this information or block it through your browser settings at any time; the Website will continue to work.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your questions and requests, schedule meetings, and deliver resources you ask for
- To provide and service the financial planning, insurance, and annuity solutions you engage us for
- To send email updates you subscribe to (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To operate, secure, and improve the Website, including preventing spam and abuse of our forms
- To understand how visitors find and use the Website
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers that host, secure, and deliver the Website, store files, and send email on our behalf. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Insurance carriers, custodians, and other financial institutions when you ask us to help you apply for, open, or service a product or account.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients, our firm, or others.
- A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of our business, subject to this Policy.
Third-Party Content and Links
Some pages include content provided by other companies, such as scheduling (Calendly), forms (JotForm), and videos (YouTube). When you interact with that content, the provider may collect information under its own privacy policy. Our Client Access page links to account portals operated by third parties, including Charles Schwab and AssetMark. Those websites are governed by their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
Client Financial Information
If you become a client, the nonpublic personal financial information we receive in providing services is also protected under applicable federal and state financial privacy laws, and you will receive a separate privacy notice describing how that information is handled. Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial details through ordinary email or the general contact form. Use our secure file upload page or contact us to arrange a secure method.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and private storage for uploaded documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including any period required by law or industry regulation, and then delete or de-identify it.
Your Choices and Rights
- You may unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message or by contacting us.
- You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the records we are legally required to keep.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Children’s Privacy
The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date above.
